I am a children’s book writer and creative spirit.  My life long passion and love is writing and reading children’s picture books.  Residing outside of San Francisco with my husband and four children, I spend my days imagining, writing, playing, day dreaming of the perfect reading spot and caring for our menagerie of animals.

A part-time veterinarian, animals capture a special place in my heart, family life and in my character-driven children’s picture books. Our house is filled with lively creatures including three dogs: Pixie, Princess Poppy and Lady Adison, a rabbit named S’mores, a cat named MeowMeow, and one chicken, Carmel.
